OUR STORY

In 1959 Blankenship Refinishing started in Garden Grove, in the same location the shop currently stands, and became a predominant name in Orange County. After 25 years of ownership, the original owner he retired. In the 1970’s, his young apprentice, Butch Crane, took over the business. For the past three decades Butch had prided himself by providing the best quality work for his customers using only the best materials and supplies.  Butch retired in  2010 and left the shop to the new owner, Aaron Moore. Aaron prides himself in the work that he does in alignment with the previous owners, he only uses the best materials and supplies available. Whether it’s a high gloss, hand rubbed, or open pore finish, Aaron will treat your furniture, piano, or family heirloom as an individual masterpiece.

“It is pride of workmanship and an honest business that sets me apart from the others.” – Aaron Moore
